The tourist tax
It is free for children under 18
For adults:
0,90 € per night / pers. > 18 years for the Ondes.
0,80 € per night / pers. > 18 years for the cottage.  
We pay this tax in full to the municipality
.

Modality
• A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required on signing the contract.
• Only this deposit and the signed contract will validate the booking of your stay,
• the balance is to be paid 15 days prior to moving in.

We will welcome you on your arrival and explain how the house works.

Observation
Restriction:
We reserve the right to refuse the rental
in the event of non-compliance with the following clauses:
• Our friends the dogs are accepted, if we are informed in advance.
• The maximum number of people allowed :
       6 people for the villa "les Ondes"
       4 people for the thatched cottage.
• The houses are non-smoking areas.
